Candid interviews, improv and some background on how I developed my Glass Music. This is the documentary from which my Swung On A Swing live video was excerpted. It was filmed at Harkness in Waterford, Connecticut by Shoot Shoot Studios on a cold, rainy autumn day. My hands nearly froze! The brave, hardy crew persisted despite the weather and captured some really fantastic moments!

Pausing Place. We started pausing place over two years ago after we visited a friend in Scotland who was practicing it. Every Wednesday we open our doors and share an hour of silence (people read, write, pray, meditate, draw, sleep, paint etc.) and then we share a simple meal. It has become a spiritual practice, one that is often hard but always rewarding. (Taken with instagram)
